If you are working in Washington County or Grimes County and need somewhere to put your rig for a few months, we have full-hookup sites by the month. Water, electricity and trash are included in one flat rate, billed once a month. No metering and no surprises at the end.
Our Rates
$600 per month — all bills paid. Nightly $45 (two-night minimum)
and weekly $185 rates are also available.

Where We Are
We are on FM 1155 East in Washington, five minutes from Washington on the Brazos. Navasota and Brenham are each about 20 minutes, and College Station about 35 minutes. Grimes and Washington counties have very little rental housing. For a lot of crews, a site here is the difference between a local bed and a two-hour daily commute.
We Work with Companies
• Direct billing. W-9 on file, company card or check, one monthly invoice per site.
• Named sites. Tell us how many you need and we will hold them for your project.
• Crew turnover is fine. The site is yours; who sleeps in it is your business.
• Limited availability by design. We keep long-term stays to a handful of sites so the park stays quiet — so call early.
